The Challenge

I worked in a newly set-up in-house UX team of nine, with the primary task of creating a content audit of Barclays retail and business division, and using this information to conceptualise a new digital product design. This progressed to creating user journeys and new site architecture for a responsive multi-channel site with public facing and personalised signed in versions.

Agile work with Product Owners, BAs and Content Editors.

Work undertaken

Strategic desk based research, content audits, site architecture, user journeys, stakeholder workshops, concept design, sketching, wireframes, define UI requirements, prototyping, and presentations to various departments and senior management.

Tools used: Axure, Omnigraffle, Photoshop, Excel.
