Present to stakeholders a ux strategy, process and design following a discovery phase using desk research, focus groups, user surveys, ethnography and card sorting.

The Challenge
Working as part of a large UX team for this top 10 UK retailer to develop a platform based approach included web, tablet and mobile products with a focus on Lead Generation and Lead Conversion to complete a re-structure of its two major travel sites; Thomson and First Choice.
I took on areas such as the search, results call and hotel report page.
Agile work with Product Owners, BAs, Brand Owners, Marketing and Developers.
